The exhibition took place from Thursday, October 23 to Saturday, October 25, 2025, at COREDO Muromachi Terrace in Tokyo, where the sake was introduced at the booth of Sustainable Food Asia Inc.
The exhibition attracted a diverse audience including foodtech startups, investors, researchers, and industry professionals from Japan and abroad, creating a vibrant and international atmosphere. Tsunan Sake Brewery’s President, Kengo Suzuki, was present in person and directly engaged with visitors, sharing insights into the science of sake fermentation, the value of terroir shaped by heavy-snowfall regions, and the future of sustainable brewing.
