Tsunan Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tsunan Town, Nakauonuma District, Niigata Prefecture; President: Kengo Suzuki; hereinafter “Tsunan Sake Brewery”) exhibited at JAPAN CRAFT FES 2025 SAKE + MUSIC & THINGS, held over three days from June 13 (Fri) to June 15 (Sun), 2025 at Mitsui Shopping Park Lazona Kawasaki Plaza. The brewery presented its craft sake, nurtured in the heavy snow region of Tsunan, on the stage of this urban festival.
This event, organized by Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd., was a “craft alcohol festival for adults,” bringing together a wide range of unique Japanese-made craft beverages, including craft beer, cider, sake, and gin, for a special three-day occasion. Alongside performances by some of today’s most talked-about artists such as Homecomings, ROTH BART BARON, and GLIM SPANKY (acoustic set), the lawn plaza offered a new experience where sake and music intertwined.

Sake offered by Tsunan Sake Brewery included:
- Tsunan Kogane: A signature sake that blends the soft acidity and rich flavor of rice, crafted with snowmelt water and local rice from Tsunan.
- GO DOLCE: A light, sweet sake with low alcohol content, perfect to pair with desserts.
- GO VINO: A sake with a fruity character, designed to be enjoyed in wine glasses, offering an innovative style.
- GO GRANDCLASS: A premium sake made exclusively from Uonuma Koshihikari rice, featuring a rich umami taste and an elegant finish.
Among these, GO GRANDCLASS received particularly high praise from many visitors as a premium sake to enjoy alongside high-quality music. The fruity aroma of GO VINO and the well-balanced taste of Tsunan Ogon were also very well received, highlighting the high experiential value created by the synergy of music and sake.
The festival also featured a wide variety of craft foods — such as spare ribs, dumplings, nuts, and jerk chicken — that delighted visitors through food and drink pairings. Original cocktails in collaboration with performing artists also attracted attention, making the event a glimpse into a new festival culture blending music, food, and sake.
Through participation in such urban-style events, Tsunan Sake Brewery aims to broaden the ways people enjoy sake and explore new possibilities in sake culture through the fusion of art and science. By connecting nature, fermentation, and sensibility, Tsunan Sake Brewery will continue to pursue innovative sake brewing for the next generation — a “smart and sensibility-rich sake brewing” approach.
