Tsunan Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tsunan Town, Nakauonuma District, Niigata Prefecture; President: Kengo Suzuki; hereinafter “Tsunan Sake Brewery”) held a special sunflower planting event on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at its brewery grounds to commemorate “Tsunan Sunflower Field 2025,” an annual event running from August 1 to August 24 in Tsunan Town.
As part of the “Tsunan Sake Brewery Sunflower Festival 2025,” this initiative aimed to strengthen ties with the local community and bring extra vibrancy to Tsunan in summer. Visitors who came to the brewery joined in planting sunflower seedlings, watering them, and sharing the vision of watching them grow alongside the brewery’s scenic backdrop. The planted sunflowers are expected to be in full bloom during the event period.
Tsunan Sake Brewery is also participating in the “Sunflower Field Coupon Map” issued by the Tsunan Town Tourism Association, contributing to initiatives that support local activities.
