Go Circular! ーhow we’re designing more circular products
Making more circular products demands more than an extra step in the sake-making process. We are changing the way we develop our products.
Go Circular is a new approach that helps our product teams understand the impact of our decisions, make better choices and develop products that are fit for a circular beverage economy. We hope to use the Circulator to develop all our products by 2028.
“Tsunan” ーnew sustainable-brand sake series
“Tsunan” are terroir sake series, brewed by local people with community rice and water, with the aim of coexistence with forests and animals. The new logo reflects Japanese antelopes (Capricornis crispus), one of our sakagura guests , The first lineup consists of 4 types of sake: Haku, Beni, Ai, and Kogane.
“This new look speaks to the importance of our place, our soils, our water and our promise that the quality of our sake will never change – nor will our pursuit of excellence,” Atsushi Kabasawa, Owner of Tsunan Sake Brewery said.
