“GO GRANDCLASS Uonuma Koshihikari Edition” Receives High Praise
At Tsunan Sake Brewery’s booth, the “GO GRANDCLASS Uonuma Koshihikari Edition” garnered significant attention from visitors. This special junmai daiginjo sake is made using 100% Uonuma Koshihikari rice, one of Japan’s finest rice varieties, bringing out the natural sweetness and umami of the rice to the fullest. Its rich aroma and smooth taste were highly acclaimed, with many sake enthusiasts expressing their delight, saying, “It’s incredibly delicious” and “It’s different from other sake.”
Many visitors returned to the booth for additional tastings after their initial sample, and as a result, the sake prepared for two days of sales sold out on the first day.
