In addition to networking, the party featured games and surprise activities, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the evening.

At the event, Tsunan Sake Brewery introduced its premium flagship product, “GO GRANDCLASS Uonuma Koshihikari Edition.” This sake is a limited-edition release from the Grandclass series, carefully brewed using Uonuma-grown Koshihikari rice. Its rich flavor profile and exceptional quality drew strong interest from many attendees. Through tastings and product introductions, the event provided a valuable opportunity for visitors to gain a deeper understanding of Tsunan Sake Brewery’s craftsmanship and brand philosophy.

Tsunan Sake Brewery will continue to actively engage with innovation communities such as this, sharing the appeal of its products that fuse traditional brewing techniques with contemporary sensibilities.

About GO GRANDCLASS Uonuma Koshihikari Edition

GO GRANDCLASS Uonuma Koshihikari Edition is the highest-tier sake in Tsunan Sake Brewery’s “GO” series, representing the pinnacle of quality in both ingredients and brewing methods. It is crafted using premium Koshihikari rice grown in the renowned Uonuma region—one of Japan’s most celebrated rice-producing areas—and brewed with pristine snowmelt water from Tsunan, a heavy snowfall region.

By drawing out the distinctive umami and elegant sweetness characteristic of Uonuma Koshihikari, and applying Tsunan Sake Brewery’s advanced expertise in microbial control and fermentation technology, this sake achieves both remarkable clarity and depth of flavor.

Blending the unique character of the land (terroir) with the science of sake brewing, this product excels as a food-pairing sake and embodies Tsunan Sake Brewery’s vision of “Japanese sake for the future.”
