Tsunan Sake Brewery recognized for brewing excellence at Niigata sake competition.
Tsunan, Niigata (April 26th, 2023) — Tsunan sake brewery, the maker of the “TSUNAN AI BLUE” was the sixth place in the Echigo Style Sake Brewing Technology Competition.
“TSUNAN” are terroir sake series, brewed by local people with community rice and water. With the aim of coexistence with forests and animals, the new logo reflects Japanese antelopes (Capricornis crispus), one of our sakagura brewery guests.
“TSUNAN” series are available in 4 different flavors.
