Tsunan Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tsunan Town, Niigata Prefecture; President: Kengo Suzuki; hereafter referred to as Tsunan Brewery) participated in the “JFEX – Japan International Food and Beverage Exhibition” held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, June 19 to Friday, June 21, 2024, alongside FERMENT8 Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture; President: Takashi Nagai).
Sake Exhibited by Tsunan Brewery
Tsunan Brewery showcased their “GO” series, including GO POCKET, GO Pin Bottle, and GO GRAND CLASS (Uonuma Koshihikari Edition). The “GO” series is designed to be easily recognizable and appealing to international audiences, aiding in the expansion of exports. More information about the GO series can be found here.
Additionally, Tsunan Brewery introduced the GO GRAND CLASS (Uonuma Koshihikari Edition), which was launched on June 18, 2024. This sake is specially crafted for gifting purposes and targeted at the overseas market. Further details are available here.
FERMENT8, exhibiting at the same booth, showcased their Japanese sake liqueur “BOKKA,” which is infused with the aroma of various woods. “BOKKA” is a unique liqueur made by infusing pure rice daiginjo sake with the aromas of different types of wood using a special smoking technique.
