Tsunan Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Akinari, Tsunan Town, Nakauonuma District, Niigata Prefecture; President: Kengo Suzuki, hereinafter “Tsunan Sake Brewery”) provided Japanese sake at the “Planetary Health Technology Forum @Singapore” held on April 12, 2025, in Singapore. The forum, organized by Space Seed Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kengo Suzuki), aimed to showcase advanced Japanese technologies to Southeast Asia under the themes of longevity, fermentation, and planetary health.
Toward the end of the forum, Tsunan Sake Brewery held a special sake-tasting event titled “Kanpai Singapore: Tsunan Sake Brewery Pop-up Event.” The event welcomed participants with interests in health, food, and technology and offered sake brewed in the snowy region of Tsunan, Niigata. Attendees enjoyed sake from the “GO Series,” brewed using local ingredients and traditional fermentation techniques rooted in the region’s rich natural environment. Through this experience, participants shared insights and discussed the potential of Japanese culture and local resources.
Tsunan Sake Brewery will continue to collaborate with partners in Japan and abroad to create new value through fermentation and to promote Japanese sake culture globally.
